Initial Review

This is carried out free of charge on our receiving an application and business summary and is usually followed by a conferece call between the client, the introducer and ourselves.

Expenses

A minimal expense deposit is payable on acceptance of our engagement letter following which we immediately commence contact and negotiation with suitable investor/s . We regularly report with investor details and progress throughout the process to funding .

Placement Commission ( Success Fee )

Success commission varies according to difficulty, risk and size of each project and is payable only at funding and can range between 1% and 4% of capital raised.
